Between parks
Magic Kingdom to EPCOT: the direct EPCOT bus is best, 35 to 45 minutes, straight to the front gate. The monorail works but is slower, 40 to 55 minutes with the TTC transfer
Hollywood Studios to EPCOT: the Skyliner is best, roughly 15 minutes including the Caribbean Beach transfer, and it drops you at the back of World Showcase near the UK pavilion. Friendship boat 20 to 25 minutes, or walk it in about 20 minutes
Any theme park to Disney Springs: there is no direct bus. Uber, Lyft or Minnie Van is the fast way, about 15 to 20 minutes. The free route runs through BoardWalk Villas with two transfers, 60 to 75 minutes
Disney Springs to a theme park: no direct bus either. Take the Disney Springs bus to BoardWalk Villas (about 20 minutes), then walk into EPCOT

Orlando Sanford (SFB) is roughly 45 to 55 minutes from the Disney area
